TERESA FASICK

Senior HR Consultant

Teresa serves as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for Human Resource Dimensions. Teresa has over 30 years of Human Resources leadership experience.  She specializes in providing coaching and counseling to senior executives and business leaders.  She enjoys collaborating with business leaders on key HR initiatives, organizational development, leadership development, employee relations and change management.  Her current assignments include providing HR guidance and leadership to manufacturing companies and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to working at HRD, Teresa served as Vice President, Human Resources for Comcast Cable’s Central Division responsible for 30,000 employees. In this role, she led the talent management, performance management, business process excellence and compliance functions for the division.  Teresa was also the HR Business Partner for multiple division level functional groups including Finance, Engineering, Technical Operations, Marketing, IT, Business Intelligence and HR.

Teresa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University. In addition,  she is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and has a PDI 360 Degree Feedback Certification. Teresa is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
