RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING

HRD is currently supporting multiple clients’ entire recruiting departments, from real estate companies to manufacturing firms. We begin RPO projects with a Functional Assessment of hiring needs, recruiting processes and turnover to determine the level of support and services needed.

Based on that assessment, our team proposes different tiers of support for the client to choose from. This model can include recruiters onsite and offsite and a back-office recruiting team of sourcers, coordinators, and analysts to keep costs manageable. This service option can be turned on and off within a 60-day notice and is scalable to changing business needs.
