Rachel is a Recruiting Specialist managing Executive Search requisitions as well as some of HRDs partner clients recruiting process outsourcing campaigns. She graduated from The State University of New York at New Paltz in 2020 with a Master’s in Business Administration and studied Management and Journalism as an undergraduate. She interned with UPS in a Human Resources role for a year where she learned all the basic functions of the department, but really excelled in recruiting.

 

Rachel loves the great outdoors and often hikes, camps, swims, and bikes. Someday she hopes to visit every national park.
