Jennifer is the President of Human Resource Dimensions, a boutique HR focused Executive Search and Consulting Firm. Joining HRD in 2006, Jennifer began her career with the company as a Recruiting Coordinator. Jennifer held several roles within HRD - Recruiting Manager, Vice President of Search and Staffing and most recently COO.  Regardless of the role Jennifer held, her primary focus was consistently on client relationships and delivery.  The services Human Resource Dimensions offers today were born out of client need.

Over the last 14 years, Jennifer has led the development of the company's process definition, geographic expansion and client delivery model.
Jennifer has called Atlanta home for nearly 20 years, but part of her heart remains in Kentucky, where she grew up.  While not at work, Jennifer volunteers with Crisis Text Line and spends time with her two beautifully wild children, hilarious husband and 80-pound geriatric lap dog.
