EXECUTIVE SEARCH OPTIONS
Retained searches are best utilized when the client needs a high level of confidentiality and focus. These situations can include terminating an incumbent, organizational restructuring or when recruiting for a highly visible C-Suite or Leadership position.
This model is most frequently used when a position will require the full resources of the HRD Recruiting and Research team, but does not entail the degree of confidentiality and/or targeted approach of Retained Search. A portion of the fee is paid initially to mobilize the full resources of the HRD team.
This is an option for difficult-to-fill positions where the client is certain a fee will need to be paid, but would like to simultaneously explore network referrals. Often the client wants to take an active part in managing the search and has the confidence HRD can complete the assignment.
