Carolynne is a highly experienced HR and Total Rewards Leader with over 20 years of experience providing leadership in HR, benefits, compensation, and talent operations. She has extensive experience in all aspects of human resources including strategic planning, transformation, program design, implementation, operations, and team leadership. Carolynne believes in building valuable relationships, is a trusted partner in developing optimal solutions and works well with people at all levels of an organization. She is a bold and innovative leader with a passion for service excellence.


Carolynne works with organizations to implement new benefits, compensation and talent plans and programs; select and implement new vendors; establish and optimize HR Operations centers; re-design and implement HR processes based on employee-centric methodology; manage mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; lead employee engagement initiatives and focus on employee well-being. Carolynne is passionate about streamlining HR operations while delivering exceptional employee services.


Carolynne holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Masters in Management Science from Clemson University. She has her Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and is trained in Employee-Centric Design Methodology.
