Human Resource Dimensions, a premier recruiting and human resource consulting company, based in Atlanta, has opened an office in Charlotte to service the South and Mid-Atlantic. Jody Remaley will manage this office and market expansion.
Mrs. Remaley has extensive experience in human resources and management for small businesses. Jody began her career as a Store Manager for Masada Leather and Outdoor, for 14 years, developing and implementing policies and procedures across all functions that are still in place today. She worked for Ken Stanton Music for 6 years building the HR function by implementing changes to payroll, benefits, policy, and human resources practices, yielding significant cost-savings and greater efficiencies to the organization. After moving to Charlotte she joined HRD as a contract recruiter and in 2015 was promoted into a Senior Recruiter supporting our candidates and clients.
