Prior to founding Human Resource Dimensions and acquiring the assets of RA Clark Consulting , Jim spent six years with CH2M HILL in South Florida, Beijing, PRC, and Atlanta, GA. Jim's roles with CH2M HILL ranged from Vice President and Area Manager in South Florida to Northern Asia Business Manager responsible for all shared services in China, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.
Jim was Chief Administrative Officer and Board member of Gee & Jenson Engineers-Architects-Planners, Inc. before its sale to CH2M HILL in 2002. Prior to Gee & Jenson, he held positions with MSE Corporation and Public Service Indiana in Human Resource Management. He began his professional career as a Staff Psychologist after receiving his Bachelors degree from the University of Cincinnati and graduate degree in Industrial Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
He has been an active member of SHRM for more than 25 years, serving on both local and national committees and boards. Jim is lifetime SPHR certified and is currently on the SHRM Global Panel. Through 2009 he served on the Atlanta Worldwide Employee Benefits Network steering committee and as the Vice President for Volunteer Opportunities and Placement for the SHRM Atlanta Chapter. He is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS).
With over thirty years of experience in Human Resources, Larry brings an array of knowledge and skills in every facet of HR: training and development, compensation, benefits, organizational development, and performance management.
As a Principal and Senior Human Capital Consultant for Human Resource Dimensions, Larry currently works with other seasoned professionals in an HR services firm that provides an array of search, contract, benefits consulting, and outsourcing solutions for its clients.
Larry’s experience includes leading the HR function as the senior executive at Johnstown-American Companies, The Portman Companies, Canada Life U.S. Division, and Cousins Properties, from where he retired in 2010. While most of Larry’s HR leadership roles were in financial and real estate service companies, he also served as the Training Director for the Orkin Division of Rollins, Inc.
Larry has served as the chair of the Atlanta Employers Committee, as a board member of the Atlanta Society for Human Resources Management, and has been an active member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum. He currently holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) designation granted by the Human Resource Certification Institute. Larry has an undergraduate degree from Emory University and a master’s degree from the University of Florida. In addition to his work at Human Resource Dimensions, Larry also serves as a classroom volunteer and a board member at Literacy Action in Atlanta.
Jennifer supports the Talent Acquisition needs of the Search, Supplemental Staffing and HR Partnership clients.
After earning her BA from the University of Georgia, Jennifer began her career as an Insurance Coordinator. From there, Jennifer launched her HR career, working at John Wieland Homes in Atlanta, where she served as Benefits and Payroll Administrator for over 1,000 employees.
Prior to joining HRD, Jennifer was Sr. Communications Coordinator at TBG Financial, a deferred compensation plan provider located in Los Angeles. Jennifer also served as Sr. Account Manager at TBG Financial, managing the daily activities of various deferred compensation plans.
Jennifer recently relocated to Atlanta from North Carolina and has been an active participant with MOPS International & West Lake Elementary.
Kris works with HRD as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. She has 25+ years of diverse human resources and consulting experience that spans manufacturing, high tech and business services industries. Kris has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives in both the U.S. and Canada that support corporate strategic plans including HR policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HCM implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration. She has led HR due diligence activities associated with mergers and acquisitions as well as the development and execution of HR plans associated with new startup operations.
Kris holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from Western Connecticut State University and is a certified Zenger-Miller trainer and certified facilitator with Development Dimensions, Inc.
Senior Human Resources Consultant
Dorothy works with Human Resource Dimensions on a range of projects, including talent management, performance management, talent development and functional assessments. She has over 20 years of experience working with senior business leaders and teams in the areas of talent management and development, executive search, marketing and sales. Prior to consulting, Dorothy led a team responsible for managing and building leadership development and talent pipeline programs for key functions in Coca-Cola's North America business, including Brand Marketing, General Management, Finance and Supply Chain.
Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She is a certified facilitator. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, history and travel.
Senior HR Consultant-- Projects
Margaux Kaynard has spent over 13 years in the Human Resources and Recruiting arena, most recently serving as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting for Rural Sourcing, Inc. (RSI). Margaux has expertise leading talent acquisition, employee relations and employee development. Margaux is an award winning Human Resources professional being named SHRM Human Resources Leader of the Year 2017. She has won numerous Best Places to Work awards from the likes of ComputerWorld and has been awarded the SHRM Pegasus Award for building an exceptional HR team.
Margaux has experience worked in human resources and recruiting in the consumer products arena for companies like Atlanta-based Newell Brands and with Unisource Worldwide (a Georgia Pacific subsidiary). She also has experience in international human resources practices and has extensive capabilities in growing and developing teams. Margaux graduated with honors with a B.A. from West Virginia University, where she was on the varsity Crew Team and received her Masters in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, Matthew and spoiled dogs.
Thomi has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources in various industries such as Manufacturing, Hospitality, Construction and Education. She has a B.S degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University which she earned on a full Track and Field Scholarship. After starting her career in Human Resources, Thomi went back to school and completed her M.B.A from Keller Graduate School of Management. Skilled in Talent Management, HR Consulting, Customer Service, Deferred Compensation, Full-cycle Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits she joined HRD in 2018.
Derik is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of Human Resources experience, serving in both Human Resources Manager roles and Human Resources Generalist/HRBP roles. Derik’s career has allowed him to work in the verticals of Finance, Healthcare, Information Technology, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications. After receiving his BS degree in Business Operations, Derik started his career in Human Resources with Primerica Financial Services as a Human Resources Administrator. In his spare time Derik likes to work out, hike at Stone Mountain Park and he also enjoys watching his favorite game show …What is “Jeopardy”.. Derik joined HRD in 2016, and is a member of SHRM.
Alex joined the Human Resource Dimensions team as a Recruiting Specialist in 2018. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she majored in Hospitality Management and minored in Business administration. While attending college, she volunteered heavily with the Ronald McDonald House in Winston-Salem, NC and also helped coordinate fundraisers on campus to benefit the RMH charity. In her free time, she enjoys working out, spending time with her husband and three children, and traveling.
Ashley joined HRD as a Recruiting Specialist in 2018. She has a degree in International Hotel and Tourism from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. Prior to joining HRD Ashley worked with Starwood Hotels and Resorts for a total of 18 years and currently owns Porch Light Latin Kitchen in Smyrna, GA with her husband. In her free time she loves to be with her three children, enjoys traveling, shopping, being with friends and her husband when he is not at the restaurant.
Jessica Connell is pursuing an internship at Human Resource Dimensions as she completes her B.B.A. in Finance at Georgia State University. Being named to Dean’s and President’s list, she consistently demonstrates strong academic performance. She is a member of Alpha Beta Gamma Honors Society and Atlanta Student Investors Club.
For the past several years, Jessica has been responsible for many administrative functions in the hospitality industry. These duties include setting up and maintaining employee records, promoting enrollment and fielding questions in employee benefits, responding to unemployment claims, and coordinating with adjustors to investigate and resolve worker’s compensation claims.
Jessica is looking forward to working with the HRD team as she takes the next step in her professional career. In her free time, she enjoys running.
HR Business Partner
Jennifer is the COO & Partner with Human Resource Dimensions. Joining HRD in 2006, Jennifer began her career with the company as a Recruiter. Through the years Jennifer was promoted to Recruiting Manager and most recently COO subsequently the Vice President of Search and Supplemental Staffing. She has been part of the company's development of their robust research function, process definition, and expansion of geographic impact.
Jennifer acts as a hunter and a farmer; identifying the top players across the globe, as well as developing and nurturing a strong network in the Atlanta community. Jennifer oversees the Search and Supplemental Staffing divisions for HRD's international client base.
Prior to joining Human Resource Dimensions, Jennifer was an Account Manager for a boutique advertising agency in Midtown Atlanta. While completing her B.S. Degree in Business Management at Georgia Tech, she also worked for Mazursky & Dunaway LLC, Federal Home Loan Bank of America, and the Georgia House of Representatives.
In 2014 Jennifer was named a Partner with Human Resource Dimensions.
Jade is a Recruiting Manager with HRD supporting our Executive Search, Supplemental Staffing and Human Capital Partnership. Prior to joining Human Resource Dimensions, she was a Recruiting Coordinator with Benchmark Brands in Atlanta.
During her education at Georgia Tech, she interned with Everest Group International, an advisory firm, as a Junior Associate that assisted in the marketing and establishment of a company network in Atlanta. Jade received a degree in International Affairs from Georgia Tech.
Jade is an active member of the Atlanta chapter of SHRM, Georgia Tech Alumni Association, and the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Jade was named an Associate Partner in 2016.
Jody joined the Human Resource Dimensions team in February 2014 as a Recruiter to support the talent acquisition needs of the Search, Supplemental Staffing and HR Partnership clients. In of 2015, Jody was promoted into a Senior Talent Acquisition role and has the responsibility of supporting HRD's candidates and clients in a recruiting and account management capacity.
Prior to joining HRD, Jody spent 20+ years specializing in small business retail and HR management working alongside the President and Senior Management to integrate and develop best practices. For fourteen years, Jody was instrumental in developing the processes that would allow Masada Leather & Outdoor to achieve revenue growth year after year. From there, Jody transitioned that experience to Ken Stanton Music, where she implemented changes to payroll, benefits, policy, and human resources practices, yielding significant cost-savings and greater efficiencies to the organization.
Jody relocated to Charlotte in 2012 with her family and is currently expanding HRD Operations to further support the South and Mid-Atlanic.
Sarah joined the Human Resource Dimensions team as a HR Recruiting Assistant to support the needs on the recruiting and administrative side. Sarah was recently promoted to Recruiting Coordinator. She received her BS in psychology from Kennesaw State University in 2017. Prior to joining HRD, Sarah worked in retail as a manager for several years and was active in the Psychology Club at KSU. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, and traveling.
Kelley joined HRD in 2015 bringing over 30 years of experience from one of Atlanta’s largest independent insurance agencies. During those years she was promoted from Account Manager to Department Manager and eventually to Office Manager and HR Director for over 50 employees. Following a merger, she helped her team transition, managed the Employee Benefits Department and continued the HR role while assisting the CFO. Since joining HRD, she has managed existing and new Benefits Accounts as well as helped customers with HR compliance and processes all while helping the office run smoothly.
At Auburn University, Kelley was active in the Auburn University Marching Band and in the service sorority Gamma Sigma Sigma and graduated with a BA in History. She continues to participate in the alumni band each year at homecoming. Kelley and her husband have three dogs and foster for the Georgia Division of the Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee.
Senior Human Resources Consultant
Lori serves as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for Human Resource Dimensions. Her current assignments include working in medium to large service and manufacturing plants with an emphasis on benefits planning and compensation analysis. Prior to working at HRD, Lori served as Senior Director Human Resource Shared Services for Comcast Cable supporting over 70,000 employees. In this role she oversaw the processing of all employee HR transactions once an employee is hired into Comcast ensuring compliance and accuracy. Lori was responsible for leading this organization, managing all personnel, databases, relationships with field HR and leaders and handling escalations. She ensured operational plans were aligned with business objectives and develops functional strategy.
Lori has more that 18 years of Human Resources leadership experience and holds a degree from SUNY Westchester. She is a Certified Compensation Professional and a Professional in Human resources and is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications. She lives in Atlanta with her son and daughter and is an active participant in Comcast cares and a volunteer at Church.
Tamara joined the HRD team in 2019 as a Payroll Manager with over 25 years of Payroll and HR leadership experience. She has diverse experience working with both small to large 70,000 employee base companies within the private, state and public sectors in the hospitality/entertainment, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries such companies as Hyatt Hotels, Printpack, Georgia Dome and Comcast
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, the outdoors and traveling.
Art Christianson is an innovative energetic Operations Professional with a distinguished career leading the operations teams of several Fortune 500 companies on a path of continuous process improvement. He has demonstrated a strong diverse background in the Food Industry focused on business process optimization of Multi Plant Manufacturing sites. Art most recently was Sr. Vice President of High Liner Foods US Plant Operations where he led the operations integration of four major business acquisitions.
Today as a consultant working with Human Resource Dimensions, Art brings a wealth of experience with leveraging the human resource potential to drive exceptional financial results in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Project Engineering, Maintenance CMM Systems, Supply Chain Logistics, Operational Finance, Human Safety, Quality/Food Safety and Environment Regulatory Compliance. Art and his wife Joyce currently have relocated to Saint Simons Island, Georgia.
Richard Vilines brings over forty years of HR leadership experience in diverse environments, including manufacturing, transportation, logistics and administration. He has led the HR function for Fortune 500 as well as privately owned companies.
As an HR executive, Mr. Vilines has directed all facets of Human Resources including training and development, compensation, governmental relations, EEOC compliance, employee/labor relations, policy development and administration, recruitment and union contract negotiations.
As Vice President of HR for Fruit of the Loom and First Group America, he was a key member of the mergers and acquisition team. He played a key role on committees that evaluated and integrated major expansions, including the integration of multi state locations and 40,000 employees while at First Group.
Mr. Vilines has extensive experience in both the union free and unionized sectors. He has successfully directed multiple campaigns for companies facing unionization. This included full strategic planning and execution, while maintaining legal compliance within Department of Labor regulations. He has also negotiated multiple union contracts across the U.S. with international unions including Teamsters, Amalgamated Transit Union and the Service Employees International Union.
He has been an active member of SHRM for his entire career and held several leadership positions in local chapters. He has served on boards including Junior Achievement, Leadership Kentucky and the Private Universities and Colleges of both Alabama and Kentucky. He has earned both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Psychology and passed the Senior Professional of HR certification from SHRM.
Kenniva joined the Human Resource Dimensions team in 2018 as the Human Resources Administrator. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University in 2018. While in school, Kenniva worked in various fields ranging from retail to childcare and continues to volunteer at a non-profit organization geared to help victims of domestic abuse. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and hopes to one day visit every continent.
HR Business Partner
Chelsea joined the HR Dimensions team in 2019 as an HR Business Partner skilled in Change Management, Full-cycle Recruiting, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Payroll, Labor Laws, Customer Service, and Benefits.
While earning her Business Management degree from Georgia College and State University, she worked in various hospitality roles, gaining award-winning customer service training from companies such as Reynolds Plantation and The Ritz-Carlton. After graduating college, Chelsea moved back to Atlanta to round out her HR experience by working in the Hospitality – Hotel and Food/Beverage, Finance/Technology, and Construction industries. During her HR career she earned her Human Resources Management certification from Cornell University.
Her passion lies within offering impeccable service and creative solutions for system implementation and process automation projects. With over 11+ years in customer-facing roles and almost six years within HR, you can count on Chelsea to be your support and guide while implementing a unique solution designed just for you.
Brendan joined the HR Dimensions team in 2019 as an HR Business Partner. He has previous experience working as an HR Generalist, working for both small and large organizations.
Brendan holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, and Society from SUNY Farmingdale.
Brendan relocated to Atlanta in the fall of 2017, after previously living in Long Island, New York. He is an active member of SHRM, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He combines past work experience, and education to meet client needs conducted with the highest levels of integrity.
