LORI HOWARD

Senior HR Consultant

Lori serves as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for Human Resource Dimensions. Her current assignments include working in medium to large service and manufacturing plants with an emphasis on benefits planning and compensation analysis. Prior to working at HRD, Lori served as Senior Director Human Resource Shared Services for Comcast Cable supporting over 70,000 employees. In this role she oversaw the processing of all employee HR transactions once an employee is hired into Comcast ensuring compliance and accuracy. Lori was responsible for leading this organization, managing all personnel, databases, relationships with field HR and leaders and handling escalations. She ensured operational plans were aligned with business objectives and develops functional strategy. 

Lori has more that 18 years of Human Resources leadership experience and holds a degree from SUNY Westchester. She is a Certified Compensation Professional and a Professional in Human resources and is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications. She lives in Atlanta with her son and daughter and is an active participant in Comcast cares and a volunteer at Church.
