Kenniva Adipi is an HR Administrator who partners with and provides support to the HRD team. Kenniva helps with various projects ranging from new hire onboarding for contractors to handbook reviews. She also assists in the planning of internal events such as trainings and meetings and built an office incentive program. Throughout her time with HRD, Kenniva learned that it is important to help and plug in wherever necessary. The want to lend a helping hand is something Kenniva takes seriously and believes that if everyone had that mentality, it would foster a great office culture.
Kenniva holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
