HR, Benefit & Payroll Specialist

As a HR administrator, Jessica Connell provides support to the HRD team. Specifically, she assists with benefits and payroll by performing a variety of activities such as preparing spreadsheets and reports.
Her passion for providing excellent customer service was ignited during her seven years of working alongside management in the hospitality industry. During this time, she was responsible for many HR administrative functions. These duties included setting up and maintaining employee records, promoting enrollment and fielding questions in employee benefits, responding to unemployment claims, and coordinating with adjustors to investigate and resolve worker’s compensation claims.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys trail running and kayaking with friends.
