EXECUTIVE SEARCH OPTIONS

Retained Search

For difficult positions that the client has determined that a fee will need to be paid to successfully fill the role. Retained searches are best used when the client needs confidentiality such as an incumbent that needs to be replaced or duringrestructuring period or with a highly visible leadership position.

 

Contained Search

This model is most frequently used when a position will require the full resources of the HRD Recruiting and Research team, but does not entail the degree of confidentiality and/or targeted approach of Retained Search.  A portion of the fee is paid to mobilize the full resources of the HRD team.



Exclusive Contingency

For difficult to fill positions where the client is certain a fee will need to be paid. Often the client wants to take an active part in managing the search and has the confidence HRD can complete the assignment.
