Director of Talent Optimization
Dorothy Sood leads the Talent Optimization practice for Human Resource Dimensions. This includes leadership development, team development and organization development programs and tools for clients. Dorothy is a lifelong learning enthusiast and leverages that commitment and energy in supporting clients with their learning and growth.
Dorothy also is a senior coaching advisor in Emory University’s Executive Coaching Diploma Program and in Goizueta Business School’s Leadership Coaching Fellows Program.
Prior to joining HRD, Dorothy worked at the Coca-Cola Company for nine years in the areas of talent development, leadership development, executive recruiting and brand marketing. She spent her earlier career at New York and Company, Time Warner and at two executive search firms.
Dorothy earned her MBA in 2013 from Goizueta Business School, with a focus on leadership and management. She completed her BA in English Literature at Bryn Mawr College. In addition, she completed her Executive Coaching Diploma at Emory University. Dorothy is a certified Predictive Index Consultant as well as a certified facilitator. She enjoys spending time with her husband, cat and dog, trying new recipes, learning about history, and traveling.
