Mr. Weiss serves as Managing Partner of TCHG Executive Search and is a Venture Partner with Human Resources Dimensions.
His career spans across the public and private sectors, Possessing owner and manager experience, Weiss most recently served as Practice Leader – Executive Search for Tatum, LLC, placing finance and technology leaders with client companies around the world. Presently, Weiss served as the President of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS). Weiss holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas – San Antonio and a Master of Science & Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s University – Texas.

Connie Dyak
Connie leads our shared services group. Connie’s prior experience included positions as the Human Resources Manager for Jefferson County, KY, Human Resources Director for Colwell Financial Corporation and Educational Financial Services. She spent 5 years as founder and President of the original Human Resource Dimensions in West Palm Beach, FL a company solely focused on employee benefits for small to mid-sized groups prior to its sale.
She has a BS in Psychology from Southern Methodist University and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
