Jade McFadden


Jade is a Human Capital Consultant with HRD supporting our Executive Search and Human Capital Partnership. Prior to joining Human Resource Dimensions, she was a Recruiting Coordinator with Benchmark Brands in Atlanta.


During her education at Georgia Tech, she interned with Everest Group International, an advisory firm, as a Junior Associate that assisted in the marketing and establishment of a company network in Atlanta.


Jade is an active member of the Atlanta chapter of SHRM, Georgia Tech Alumni Association, and the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

Joseph Corral

Joe is a Senior Human Capital Consultant with HRD.  He was previously with ORIX Financial Services, Inc. for over 25 years; during his tenure he held various positions that ranged from Vice President of Operations to Senior Vice president of Human Resources, responsible for all HR functions of 19 field offices across the United States.


Joseph has a diversified background which encompasses both Operations and Human Resource management, in addition to full competencies in business administration.


He is a graduate of CUNY Bernard Baruch College with dual majors. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is recognized as such by the State of Georgia commission of interpreters.

William  (Bill) R. Foust

Bill brings extensive senior Human Resources and general management experience in international companies.


Bill has held these senior management roles:


 VP-Administration with Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc., a leading global paper producer;

 Sr. VP- Human Resources with Maytag Corporation and Magic Chef , appliance manufacturers;

 President, Hoover-Europe, a Maytag subsidiary in the U.K.


Bill has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions being responsible for due diligence and organization integration in the U.S., Brazil, Indonesia, the Philippines, China (Greenfield) and Europe.


His China experience includes: the negotiation of a 50/50 JV with a branch of the Chinese government that led to the design and construction of a Greenfield paper mill in Jiangmen, a second tier city of 4 million near Guangzhou. He provided overall coordination of HR policies, establishing compensation and benefit programs; retaining consultants; coordination of relations with local economic development officials;  recruiting of key management jobs: the General Manager, Finance, Production and Engineering Directors. All the above responsibilities required negotiations with the JV Chinese partner.  


As the corporate officer responsible for HR policy development and implementation, he recruited many C level senior managers: designed executive compensation and employee benefit plans; lead the negotiations of over 75 Labor agreements, chief  spokesperson in numerous arbitration cases, defended EEOC, NLRB and OSHA charges and established effective employee relations programs that led to preventing unionization of employees.


Bill’s career is supplemented by an international General Management P&L experience in Europe for several years.


He has a B.A. degree from Asbury College and J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
