James Dyak, SPHR
Prior to founding Human Resource Dimensions and acquiring the assets of RA Clark
Consulting in Atlanta, Georgia, Jim spent six years with CH2M HILL in South Florida,
Beijing, PRC, and Atlanta, GA. Jim's roles with CH2M HILL ranged from Vice President
and Area Manager in South Florida to Northern Asia Business Manager responsible for
all shared services in China, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.
Jim was
Chief Administrative Officer and Board member of Gee & Jenson Engineers-Architects-Planners,
Inc. before its sale to CH2M HILL in 2002. Prior to Gee & Jenson, he held positions
with MSE Corporation and Public Service Indiana in Human Resource Management. He
began his professional career as a Staff Psychologist after receiving his Bachelors
degree from the University of Cincinnati and graduate degree in Industrial Psychology
from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
He has been an active member of SHRM for more
than 25 years, serving on both local and national committees and boards. Jim is lifetime
SPHR certified and is currently on the SHRM Global Panel. Through 2009 he served
on the Atlanta Worldwide Employee Benefits Network steering committee and as the
Vice President for Volunteer Opportunities and Placement for the SHRM Atlanta Chapter.
He is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services
(GAPS).

Jennifer Brock
Jennifer is Manager, Executive Search with the firm, focused on both local and national Executive Searches.
Prior to joining Human Resource Dimensions, Jennifer was an Account Manager for a boutique advertising agency in Midtown Atlanta. During her education at Georgia Tech, Jennifer took full advantage of their renowned internship program to explore potential industry and career paths. These included roles with Mazursky & Dunaway LLC, Federal Home Loan Bank of America, and the Georgia House of Representatives.
Jennifer is an active member of the Atlanta chapter of SHRM, SHRM National, NAAAHR Atlanta, the Atlanta Area Compensation Association, and Atlanta Women’s Network.

Lawrence B. Gardner, PHR
With over thirty years of experience in Human Resources, Lawrence (“Larry”) brings an array of knowledge and skills in every facet of HR: training and development, compensation, benefits, organizational development, and performance management. As a Senior Human Capital Consultant for Human Resource Dimensions, he is working with other seasoned professionals in this HR services firm that provides an array of search, contract, and outsourcing solutions for its clients.
Larry’s experience includes leading the HR function as the senior executive at Johnstown-American Companies, The Portman Companies, Canada Life U.S. Division, and Cousins Properties, from where he retired in 2010. While most of Larry’s HR leadership roles were in financial and real estate service companies, he also served as the Training Director for the Orkin Division of Rollins, Inc.
In his various leadership roles, Larry has started HR organizations from scratch, restructured existing HR departments, and taken over existing HR functions. His corporate experience includes mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, demutualization, and initial public offerings. Larry chaired the Atlanta Employers Committee, as a board member of the Atlanta Society for Human Resources Management, and has been an active member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum. Larry has an undergraduate degree from Emory University and a master’s degree from the University of Florida
