In most circumstances our contractors are W-2 employees. Bringing someone in on a contractual basis is cost effective. All of our contractors are covered by company paid worker’s compensation insurance. Further, if a contractor is converted into regular employees, the time on the job as a contractor reduces the ultimate placement fee.
